Sample Garden Menu
Good nutrition is vital to children's physical and mental development. We serve fresh, organic, in-season produce when available, and other organic products whenever possible.
Your childcare provider is a pesca-tarian (vegetarian who eats seafood) and enjoys prepar
ing fun and nutritious meals. Our menus have been carefully designed to promote good nutrition, and encourage the development of good eating habits that will last a lifetime
I grow a garden every year and use the vegetables and fruit from the
garden in my cooking. Pesticides are never used in my garden. Kids are more likely to try new foods if they helped in growing and/or cooking the food. Garden 2010 will include:

- Chives, Green Onions, Oregano, and Basil
