ChildCarePay is an easy and secure way to for you to pay your child care provider from the convenience of your home, office or anywhere you can access the internet.
Recurring payment allows you and your child care provider to set up a specific day to automatically make a child care payment. Recurring payments are a convenient way to assure that you will automatically make your payments on time. You will have to agree to the amount and the day the payments are withdrawn in ChildCarePay before this feature can be activated. You will also be able to deactivate it at any time.
Payments made after 3:00 PM on Monday would be withdrawn form your account on Wednesday and deposited to your providers account on the following Monday. Refer to this chart (click here) to decide lead times for making payments to your provider. *SDCC requires childcare tuition to be paid on Mondays.
